Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Executive located in Bengaluru. The Accounts Receivable Executive will manage the billing process, ensure timely collection of payments, and reconcile customer accounts. The role involves generating and reviewing invoices, monitoring accounts for overdue amounts, resolving payment discrepancies, and preparing regular reports for management. Coordination with internal teams and maintaining accurate financial records are essential day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Strong skills in managing billing processes, invoicing, and payment collections
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and internal coordination
• Basic understanding of taxation, compliance regulations, and financial principles
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a relevant field
• Previous experience of 3-4 years in accounts receivable or related roles is preferred
