Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver successful projects. To provide Leadership to the project from start to finish. In charge of all construction activities for large residential or commercial project / township / gated community. To strategize, design, plan and execute the project right from conceptualization to final handover. Ensure high profitability is achieved in the project. Implementation of International best practices to uphold / improve Kalpataru standards w.r.t. quality of construction, safety and compliances to regulations. Liaison and interaction with local officials and regulatory bodies. Play and active role in Design Coordination, award of Contracts and Contract Management. To ensure execution of the project in a cost efficient manner without any delays. To ensure proper training is imparted to team members and high level of motivation is maintained throughout the project. To liaise with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors & suppliers so as to ensure smooth execution of the project.
