Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- Project Planning & Scheduling

- Budget control, managing invoices, claims, revenue recognition, and cost-effectiveness

- Ensuring quality standards (QA/QC), anticipating safety risks, and maintaining labor welfare

- Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and management, providing regular reports.

- Identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, ensuring legal/regulatory compliance, and obtaining permits

- Supervising work, inspecting site, ensuring adherence to specifications, and managing day-to- day operations.

Preferred candidate profile

BE (Civil) having experience at least 10 years in building construction and who can monitor projects.
