Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage high-rise building projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Oversee site execution, including coordination with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.

Job Requirements :

10-15 years of experience in building construction or related field (high rise buildings).
Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
Proven track record in managing complex projects from start to finish.
