Dashboard Specialist -Power Bi Developer/Expert

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for development and management of integrated dashboards and reporting solutions to support program and project management delivery. The role will extract, analyse and visualise data from multiple project controls and document management systems to support internal management, client reporting and proposal submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Reporting

• Develop and maintain program and project dashboards covering schedule, cost, risk, procurement and document control KPIs
• Prepare internal leadership dashboards and standardised reporting packs
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and clarity for decision-making

Data Integration

• Extract, validate and consolidate data from:
• Primavera P6/ Microsoft Project or other planning tools
• Document Management Systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint)
• Support automation and improvement of reporting workflows

Project Controls Support

• Support planning, cost and controls teams with:
• Performance analysis
• Trends, forecasts and variance reporting
• Assist in establishing program-level reporting standards

Proposal & Graphic Support

• Provide dashboard samples, charts and visual material for bids and proposals
• Support development of graphics, layouts and data visualisations aligned to corporate branding

Stakeholder Interface

• Coordinate with project teams, leadership and support functions to align reporting requirements
• Support executive reviews and management presentations

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Experience

• Minimum 10 years experience in PMC / EPC / infrastructure / industrial project environments
• Proven experience in dashboard development and project controls reporting

Technical Skills

• Good understanding knowledge on database of following tools :Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Aconex or equivalent DMS
• Advanced capability in:Power BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel; Data modelling and visualisation

Design & Presentation

• Strong visual communication and presentation skills
• Advanced PowerPoint capability; experience with design tools preferred

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in multi-project environments

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, IT or related discipline
• Relevant certifications in Project Controls or BI tools preferred
