Job Description

As the DGM - Sales for contract logistics services, your role involves driving sales growth by focusing on warehousing and distribution services. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and executing a sales strategy targeting potential clients in various industries. - Sales of 3PL services and Warehousing, including preparing commercials and closing deals. - Generating leads in Pharma, FMCG, Automobile, Electronics, Electrical, E Commerce, and Retail sectors. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers. - Understanding customer needs and offering solutions aligned with company services. - Negotiating contracts to maximize profits and collaborating with operations for service delivery. - Reviewing budgeted sales versus actual sales monthly and monitoring market trends. Skills required for this role include Warehouse Management, 3PL Services, Business Development, Franchisee Development, Transportation, and Warehouse Sales. Note that the majority of your experience should be in warehouse space sales.,
