Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Expertise:
• Provide specialized legal expertise in real estate and property laws, ensuring all transactions and activities comply with relevant regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations related to real estate and property laws.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Drafting Documents:
• Draft and review real estate agreements, contracts, and responses to legal notices, ensuring accuracy and legal soundness.
• Due Diligence:
• Conduct thorough land title due diligence, including verifying ownership, checking for encumbrances, and ensuring clear titles.
• Land Acquisitions:
• Structure and manage land acquisitions, particularly in Gujarat and Maharashtra, ensuring all legal aspects are handled efficiently.
• Government Liaison:
• Liaise with various government offices and authorities to facilitate approvals, clearances, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Document Interpretation:
• Read and interpret legal documents in vernacular languages, specifically Hindi and Marathi, to ensure accurate understanding and compliance.
• Advisory Role:
• Provide legal advice and support to the organization on matters related to real estate and property laws.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential legal risks in real estate transactions and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and other legal professionals.
