Role Overview

Deputy General Manager Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire large enterprise clients and lead strategic business development initiatives.
  • Own the complete sales cycle—from conceptual pitch to proposal, commercials, negotiations, and closure.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and CXOs.
  • Maintain a strong and predictable sales pipeline across target markets.
  • Conduct deep client requirement analysis and position Flipspaces’ VR-led solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with design, project management, finance, and leadership teams for seamless delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and account growth targets.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and actionable market insights.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth strategies.

Required Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in

    enterprise B2B sales

    ,

    corporate real estate

    ,

    workspace interiors

    , or

    solution-led consultative sales

    .
  • Demonstrated success in closing large, high-value deals with long sales cycles.
  • Strong networks with IPCs, brokers, developers, and corporate clients (preferred).

Educational Qualification

  • Postgraduate degree/diploma in Marketing/Business Management from a top-tier institute

    (Tier 1 preferred)

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent leadership presence and strategic selling capability.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • High business acumen and ability to drive complex enterprise sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
