2. Floating enquiries & Tenders on E-procurement Portals & platforms, Online Purchase
3. Technical & Commercial evaluation / comparison sheet preparation & coordination
4. Purchase order preparation, related documentations & follow ups
5. Inter department coordination & follow ups
6. Invoice verifications, GRN Bookings & payment settlements
1 Experience in Capital goods Purchase
2 Good Negotiation skills
3 Knowledge of Export / Import procedure, Logistics, knowledge of related documents (various types of LC & BG) with appicable INCOTERMS
1 Good communication skills (Both verbal & written)
2 Good interpersonal skills
3 Ready to take challenging tasks & perform under pressure condition
1 Working experience of ERP / SAP
2 MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
1. Quantum of Capex & Technical Purchases for the organization
2. Negotiate contract / commerical terms & conditions, pricing, PO preparation
3. Track orders & ensure timely deliveries
4. Timely payment settlements to vendors
