Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 15-21 years of experience to join our team as a Deputy Divisional Manager - Retail in Equitas Small Finance Bank, located in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily retail operations to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to meet sales targets and performance goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Job Requirements
