Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced professional to lead our international corporate relations efforts from Dubai. As the Deputy Director / Head, you will play a pivotal role in expanding global placement opportunities for our students, activating partnerships across geographies, and driving business development for executive education and L&D programs.

You will be a key external representative of Masters’ Union in global markets, forging high-value relationships with HR leaders, CEOs, Founders, and ecosystem enablers.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Placements

• Own the mandate for placing Masters’ Union students in international job roles, with a core focus on the UAE and GCC markets.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with global recruiters across industries, including consulting, tech, BFSI, and emerging sectors.
• Ensure effective onboarding, integration, and support for placed candidates abroad.

2. Global Market Expansion

• Identify and open new geographies beyond India and the UAE for placement and internship opportunities (e.g., Southeast Asia, Europe, etc.).
• Represent Masters’ Union in international education, HR, and hiring events to build global employer visibility.
• Partner with embassies, trade bodies, and local chambers of commerce to facilitate access to new regions.

3. Exec Education & L&D Business Development

• Drive corporate sales for Masters’ Union’s Exec Education in the global market along with Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
• Identify CEOs and L&D heads in international companies and build partnerships for customized corporate training programs.
• Lead sales meetings, solutioning, and follow-ups with international clients for B2B training programs.
• Coordinate closely with program design teams to deliver impactful outcomes for enterprise clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of work experience in corporate relations, international business development, executive education sales, or similar roles.
• Strong exposure to UAE/GCC or international markets; previous experience in business development or partnerships across regions is a plus.
• Excellent B2B relationship-building and sales ability; strong CXO-level presence.
• Ability to lead end-to-end partnerships from identification to execution.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition trends, international job markets, and learning & development solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
