Job Description

Role Overview:

Chief Deputy Digital Officer (CDO)

Compensation

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Ownership:
Define and lead Fenesta’s digital roadmap to align technology with business objectives.
SAP–Salesforce Integration:
Oversee the seamless integration of SAP ERP with Salesforce CRM and other platforms to enable a connected, real-time enterprise.
System Unification:
Eliminate silos by creating a unified digital ecosystem across sales, manufacturing, customer service, and operations.
Enterprise Architecture & Governance:
Establish digital architecture principles, data flow standards, and governance across platforms.
Technology Enablement:
Introduce automation (RPA), IoT, cloud solutions, and advanced analytics to improve productivity and decision-making.
Innovation Leadership:
Explore and evaluate new-age technologies to improve business performance and enhance customer experience.
Cross-functional Leadership:
Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, plant operations, and sales teams to ensure digital adoption and process alignment.
Change Management:
Lead the cultural and organizational shift toward digital adoption through training, stakeholder buy-in, and internal communication.

Key Requirements:
Experience:
10+ years in digital transformation, IT strategy, or enterprise architecture, preferably in
manufacturing or B2B businesses
System Expertise:
Proven experience with
SAP (S/4HANA)
and
Salesforce
implementations and integrations
Strong grasp of
business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and customer service
Familiarity with emerging tech like
IoT, AI/ML, RPA, Cloud, and Data Lakes
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
Strong analytical mindset with ability to link digital metrics to business KPIs
