Job Description

Sales management

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Territory Management:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and expand the company's presence in south location
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats.
Team Development:
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the senior management.
Budget Management:
Monitor and manage the sales budget for the assigned area to ensure cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:

Graduation/Post Graduation in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 4 8 Years of experience in textile industry
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with the market dynamics in
relevant area
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Preference: Candidate who is based from South and have experience in Garment Sales Only.
