Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and lead the AI implementation strategy aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Identify high-impact use cases for AI across business units and prioritize implementation roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with long-term strategic plans.

Business Enablement

  • Translate complex AI capabilities into business value propositions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and co-create AI-driven solutions.
  • Measure and report on ROI and business impact of AI implementations.

Digital Transformation

  • Drive the integration of AI into core business processes, platforms, and customer experiences.
  • Champion the adoption of AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and innovation.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions.

Program & Team Management

  • Oversee cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business analysts.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for AI initiatives.
  • Establish governance frameworks for AI deployment, monitoring, and compliance.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and strategic partnerships.
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Key job authorities and dimensions:

  • Staffing (hiring management, recruitment process): Build workforce to meet product roadmaps covering full V cycle scope. Drive continuous hiring initiatives to meet the growing workload demand.
  • Budget (work-packages and capex): Secure firm budget for Estimate To Complete, define a justified CAPEX budget proposal & secure full funding.
