Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie based in Visakhapatnam. The Demi Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within their specialty. They will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes. In addition, they will ensure high standards of food hygiene and adhere to health and safety guidelines. The role involves organizing and managing shifts and maintaining the kitchen's inventory and supplies.

• Ability to follow recipes and create high-quality, visually appealing dishes

• Experience in high-volume and fast-paced kitchen environments
• Ability to handle and resolve kitchen-related issues efficiently
• Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
