Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Demand Strategist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and performance of our marketing initiatives. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Design and optimize omni-channel marketing programs to generate customer demand. You will develop comprehensive strategies that are directly aligned with overarching business goals, focusing on the full customer journey from awareness to conversion.
- Translate business objectives into impactful, end-to-end marketing experiences with a clear and measurable return on investment (ROI).
- Define and segment target audiences and identify priority markets, ensuring alignment with global expansion plans.
- Work closely with specialized teams across Media, Marketing Automation, and Digital to ensure seamless strategy execution.
- Guide the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels and continuously track performance throughout the marketing funnel. You will analyze funnel metrics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate marketing's contribution to the business.
- Directly support sales enablement efforts, forecast campaign responses, and manage the critical lead-to-win conversion process to drive tangible revenue growth.
- Build and implement tailored marketing strategies for specific business units or
industries to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Proven ability to design marketing strategies that align with business goals and are built around the complete customer journey.
- Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing, media strategy, and marketing automation.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing funnel metrics and business contribution to measure campaign effectiveness and drive optimization.
- Skill in designing end-to-end customer experiences that effectively drive demand and foster long-term engagement.
- A strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to create strategies that support the lead-to-win conversion cycle.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively across various marketing disciplines and with sales teams to achieve common goals.
- The ability to define target audiences with precision and prioritize markets for global campaign execution.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders effectively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Prior experience in the B2B technology sector or a related complex industry.
- Advanced data visualization skills and experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
