Demand Planner – Global Sourcing GMDH

• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in a global sourcing or supply chain environment.
• Proficiency in GMDH Streamline is a must – experience in generating reports, building models, and interpreting data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP and planning tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Exposure to global sourcing processes and vendor management.
• Develop and manage demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and input from sales and sourcing teams.
• Utilize GMDH Streamline to analyze demand patterns, forecast accuracy, and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with global sourcing teams to ensure optimal inventory levels across international markets.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align demand plans with supply capabilities.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes and meetings.
• Prepare and present detailed demand planning reports and insights to senior management.
• Manage data integrity and ensure consistent planning parameters in the system.
• Work in alignment with UK time zone and manage communication with stakeholders across different geographies.
