Job Descriptions HR and IR Manager 15+Years · Experience in HR management, industrial relations, and employee relations · Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Problem-solving and decision-making abilities · Ability to work effectively in a team and independently · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field · Certification in HR management or industrial relations is a plus · Responsible for entire HR and IR functions as corporate level and functional HOD for plant HR functions · Directly reporting with top management for implementing strategic business objectives and policies · Proven expertise in facilitating conclusion of wage agreements with trade unions and fostering cordial industrial relations in a large scale Engineering plant. · Responsible for four plants compliances related to all statutory aspects · Responsible for entire Unit HR activities and entire plant Admin · Defining career progression plans for employees and driving training and development initiatives. · Strategically implement the HR policies in plant level · Representing various forum of Govt Authorities on behalf of Management.
