Job Description

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager with hands-on expertise in The Trade Desk (TTD) to manage programmatic campaigns across multiple channels. The role involves end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting to drive measurable outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Setup & Execution
    • Build, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns within The Trade Desk (TTD) platform.
    • Ensure accurate trafficking of creative assets, audience segments, and data integrations.
    • Configure targeting parameters, budgets, pacing, and flighting.
  • Optimization & Performance
    • itor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance against KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, Reach, etc.).
    • Optimize bids, budgets, audiences, inventory, and creatives in real time.
    • Conduct A/B testing to identify best-performing strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Generate campaign insights and performance reports using TTD dashboards and third-party analytics tools.
    • Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
    • Present results and optimization strategies to stakeholders.
    • Ensure campaigns meet brand safety, viewability, and fraud-prevention standards.
    • Stay up with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams (Ad Ops, Analytics, Client Strategy) to align campaign strategies with client goals.
    • Liaise with publishers, DSP/SSP reps, and data partners for troubleshooting and performance enhancements.
Qualifications
  • 4 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital keting, with at least 3+ years on The Trade Desk (TTD).
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization tactics (bid strategies, audience targeting, inventory management).
  • Familiarity with measurement platforms (DV360, IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience across multiple digital channels: Display, Video, CTV, Audio, Native, and DOOH.
  • Knowledge of API integrations, pixel implementation, and tagging.
  • Exposure to other DSPs (DV360, Amazon DSP, MediaMath, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
