Demand Campaign Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs.
• Execute, monitor, optimize, and report on campaigns to meet client objectives.
• Work with top DSPs including DV360, TTD, Beeswax, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and media owners for campaign success.
• Utilize Google Campaign Manager and Flashtalking for measurement and reporting.
• Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered within timelines and performance benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  3–5 years of hands-on campaign management experience (minimum 3 years is mandatory).

• DSP Knowledge:

  Proficient in multiple DSPs with extensive knowledge of RTB and the programmatic ecosystem.

• Tools & Platforms:

• Must have experience with DV360, TTD, Beeswax, and third-party ad servers.
• DV360 certification and other relevant certifications are a strong plus.
• Experience in Google Campaign Manager and Flashtalking is preferable.

• Technical Skills:

  Strong analytical mindset with expertise in campaign reporting and hands-on Excel skills.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
