Delivery Specialist

As a Project Lead in the Data Aggregation team for life science firms, your role involves overseeing and developing Data Aggregation projects and capabilities. You will be responsible for delivering quality client services within expected timeframes and budget. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing data management and reporting suites for patient and channel data. - Summarizing data and identifying insights, trends, and patterns. - Advising on strategy, team resources, and deadlines, and assisting in data investigation and platform configuration tasks. - Defining project scope and development approach, conducting issue analysis, and hypothesis development. - Coordinating with data vendors to establish data exchanges and resolve data quality issues. - Synthesizing findings, developing recommendations, and communicating results to clients and internal teams. - Contributing to product development initiatives and building out data processes. - Providing project leadership for team members, monitoring progress, managing risk, and ensuring key stakeholders are informed. - Assisting in supporting management, promoting employee engagement, recruiting, training, and providing ongoing education. - Fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment and coaching junior team members. - Growing external client engagements and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your qualifications should include: - A Bachelor's or advanced degree with 8 to 10 years of professional experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, advanced Excel skills, and strong coding skills in Python. - Experience with HIPAA-compliant data management and specialty distributor EDI data. - Strong project management, people management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills. - Knowledge of data management best practices in the pharmaceutical industry. - Ability to work effectively with others, adapt quickly, and thrive in an international matrix environment.
