What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Employee Services - More into query/case management The HR Operations team effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization s legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses. The design of employee data processes to manage employment data, records and transactions using standard technologies and processes.
What are we looking for? Strong business and HR operation acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative Master’s Degree is preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field preferred; Bachelor’s Degree required Minimum of 10 years of experience (Shared Service + HR Operations Previous global or international experience Experience in managing broad based HR services with a large size company and or service provider preferred; exposure of working in Shared Service Model Experience in SAP Success Factors preferred Strong Stakeholder Management skills, in order to manage the expectations Knowledge of continuous improvement/lean principles to drive efficiencies and save cost
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this position, you will be responsible for: ? HR Ops Policy/Procedures: Maintain and administer enterprise level human resources policies and procedures in accordance with internal audit and solution center governance / control criteria. ? Legal Compliance: Responsible for ensuring that HR services are delivered in accordance with all Legal and Regulatory needs for the HR transactional processes. Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and data protection policies and regulations. ? Performance and Operational Standards, Continuous Improvement: Accountable for delivering HR services against the internal provisions of the agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators (SLA s/KPI’s) ? Team Management: Build and maintain a strong team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, engagement, team building, and succession planning. ? Intake, Standardize and Automate work from HR colleagues in the regional HR teams.
