What are we looking for? •UI/UX Design •Visual Design • Any Degree/Diploma (10+2+3)/ Bachelors in Engineering/ Technology in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics (B.E./ B.Tech/ BCA/ BSc) • • Min. 7-8 years of experience • Min. 3-4 years of experience managing a team/multiple projects • Proficient in and/or knowledge of relevant software packages i.e. Photoshop and Illustrator, InDesign • Exceptional leadership skills, Communications skills & Client Management skills • Knowledge on any CMS, Website publishing, Hosting • Strong customer service, team development, problem solving skills and adaptability to changing environments • Certifications – Digital Marketing
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts • Design mobile, desktop and device specific experiences that are delightful and engaging. • Develop user interface design concepts and wireframes, usage scenarios, style guidelines, and other UX/UI design documents as necessary to communicate the user experience of our products • Collaborate with other designers to design, prototype, and deliver new interaction models and experiences basis client requirements • Develop expert-level knowledge of the industry and bring new ideas to the team • Facilitate and contribute to the creation, adoption and improvement of design ‘patterns’ and guidelines and their consistent deployment across various projects • Create prototypes for websites and mobile apps • Contribute to user experience planning and development • Research interaction design & technology trends • Participate in design review sessions with project teams, acquiring consensus and getting approvals on designs and documentation • Take a day-to-day management role of the designers assigned as direct reports • Mentor all design team members and encourage their growth and creative development
