Be a part of the Marketing Operations team that is leading the managed services arm of Accenture. We power our client business through the integration of insights, data, and technology. We are focused on activating and scaling the best brand experiences, to deliver breakthrough marketing-led growth, cost-effectively, across all digital consumer touchpoints and channels. We are looking to hire passionate and innovative leaders in Marketing Operations with deep domain expertise in digital marketing and delivering cutting edge marketing services across a range of clients and industries, bringing with them strong operations acumen and transformative leadership. You will be working as a part of the Digital Marketing team to understand and help clients market their products or services using digital technologies, mainly on the internet, but also including mobile phone apps, display advertising, e-commerce/online shopping website, and any other digital medium. The Program and Project Management team is highly focused on delivering successful projects to clients on time while ensuring that they are well within the scope and the budget. The team is responsible for initiating, planning, and executing projects while also tracking, managing dependencies, predicting, and mitigating risks. This team is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and third- party vendors. 1. AEM Expertise Deepen the Technical Scope While AEM is mentioned, the JD would benefit from explicitly detailing: Hands-on experience with AEM components: Templates, workflows, DAM, personalization, and integrations. Migration and deployment: Experience in migrating websites to AEM and launching them across geographies. UAT and QA: Leading testing cycles for AEM components and ensuring compliance with branding and accessibility standards. 2. Web Channel Leadership Add clarity on: Channel ownership: Define responsibilities for managing the Web channel within the digital ecosystem. Performance metrics: Include KPIs specific to web deliverytraffic, engagement, conversion, uptime, etc. Cross-channel integration: Highlight coordination with email, social, and content teams for unified campaigns.What are we looking for

Reporting to Operations Leadership Make explicit the reporting structure: Direct reporting to Operations Leadership: Include names or roles if possible (e.g., reporting to SDL or similar leadership roles). Dashboard and insights delivery: Mention tools used (e.g., SynOps, Workfront, Power BI) and cadence of reporting (daily/weekly/monthly). 4. Innovation & Automation Include: Encouraging innovation: Driving adoption of new formats, tools, and automation opportunities. AI/ML integration: If applicable, mention use of intelligent automation in reporting or delivery workflows. 5. Stakeholder Communication Add emphasis on: Client-facing communication: Leading client calls, presenting delivery updates, and managing expectations. Escalation handling: Proactive resolution of delivery issues and risk mitigation. 10-12+ years experience in managing service delivery, operations or E2E project management Advanced understanding of entire production process, including direction fundamentals, and strong post-production skills Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Web Technologies Experience of managing a team of 35+ Excellent administrative, multi-tasking and organizational skills Excellence in MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, Internet Excellent communication and people skills Excellent presentation skills Strong time and resource management skills Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic Ability to shift priorities quickly & change direction Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Autonomy in balancing day to day workload, priorities, and schedule is expected. Flexibility to work in any work shifts or rotational shifts as requiredRoles and Responsibilities:
Manage E2E service delivery of the service Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders for project schedules, quality requirements, resource allocation, risk, requirements, operational issues, Incident and change management Act as business advisor to the client service Ensure SLA's and KPI's and relevant scorecards are green and stays green Manage the financial aspects and targets of the deal Excellent knowledge of E2E deliveries of the service Excellent knowledge and ability to lead of all internal and external out of delivery aspects like procurement, hiring, BCP etc Running meeting with key stakeholders and client project coordinators and where necessary, leading the discussions Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology in the Adobe Experience manager and suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies Guide team on best practices, new technologies and tools in the market Consistently demonstrate professionalism and design best practices Thinks and Acts Decisively The ability to anticipate issues and to proactively ensure that they do not materialize is required
