Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the

    end-to-end delivery

    of enterprise-grade software projects.
  • Act as

    Scrum Master

    for Agile squads, ensuring Agile practices are effectively implemented.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product, Business) to define and execute delivery roadmaps.
  • Build trusted client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure SLAs/KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Track and report delivery metrics such as velocity, burn-down, cycle time, and quality.
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers; drive timely resolutions.
  • Mentor and coach teams on Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery practices.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, quality, and compliance standards.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 10–15 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in delivery / project management.
  • Proven expertise in delivering software projects in an Agile/iterative environment.
  • Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach managing distributed teams.
  • AI Background Preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience managing large enterprise clients across BFSI, Healthcare, or Technology domains.

  • Certifications preferred:

    CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMP, or equivalent.


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for software delivery.
  • Experience managing global, multi-location teams.
