Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT projects across SDLC stages from requirements to deployment.
• Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Coordinate between client and internal teams to ensure alignment on expectations and progress.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and work breakdown structures.
• Conduct sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and technical checkpoints with engineering teams.
• Track metrics such as velocity, defect rate, and deployment success rate.
• Identify delivery risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support pre-sales and proposal discussions by contributing to technical estimations and delivery models.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and DevOps alignment within teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify potential new service opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
• Support management in planning new service offerings and business opportunities.

Technical Skills Required

• Experience managing projects using

  cloud platforms

  (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Working knowledge of

  Jira / Trello / Asana

  for project tracking.
• Understanding of

  API development, integration

  , and

  microservices architecture

  .
• Exposure to

  QA automation tools

  , test management, and bug tracking.
• Understanding of

  Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  and

  Agile / Scrum

  methodologies.
• Knowledge of

  frontend and backend frameworks

  (Angular, React, Node.js, Java, .NET preferred).

Qualifications & Experience

• 7-12 years of IT delivery experience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading distributed technical teams and managing enterprise-grade projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
