Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in Medical Devices, Cloud, System Development, IoT, and systems integration. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, managing client relationships, and ensuring on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage and deliver multiple projects within the medical devices domain, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budgetary constraints.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand client requirements, ensure expectations are met, and foster strong relationships through effective communication. Travel to customer locations (India, USA, Japan, and Singapore) as needed.
• KPI Management: Track and drive KPIs related to revenue, customer satisfaction, team utilization, and retention.
• Strategic Planning: Implement Agile, DevOps, and other modern methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
• Infrastructure Development: Develop and maintain delivery infrastructures to support smooth project execution and organizational growth.
• People Leadership: Manage talent, conducting performance reviews and career development initiatives. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.
• Innovation & IP Development: Lead initiatives to establish Centers of Excellence (COEs), promote innovation, and develop intellectual property. Encourage growth in areas like architecture and Agile expertise.
• Business Development: Develop strategies for customer acquisition, business growth, and market expansion within the Medical Devices sector.
• Technology Integration: Stay updated on emerging technologies and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive innovation. Collaborate with R&D teams to explore new technologies.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work with HR, Learning & Development, IT, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless project delivery and workforce development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience with expertise in Medical Devices, Cloud, System Development, IoT, and systems integration.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience in the Medical Devices industry.
• Problem-solving mindset with analytical skills to drive successful project outcomes.
