Delivery Manager – Manpower / Staffing Services

Reports To

Head of Operations / Director – DeliveryLocation:Remote (with travel as required)

Role Summary

The Delivery Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of staffing solutions for domestic clients. Responsible for ensuring timely fulfillment, quality hires, compliance, and client satisfaction, this role combines leadership, operational excellence, and strong client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full delivery lifecycle – from requirement intake to candidate onboarding and deployment.
  • Lead and motivate recruiters and operations teams to meet SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
  • Act as the main client contact for delivery performance and escalations.
  • Monitor metrics such as time-to-fill, retention, cost per hire, and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, contracts, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to align delivery with business goals.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–10 years’ experience in delivery or operations management within the staffing/manpower industry.
  • Strong client handling, team leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools and workforce metrics.
  • Knowledge of compliance and labour regulations.
  • Financial acumen with focus on margins and cost control.
