Job Description

Program/Delivery Manager JD:

Overall exp – 12-15 years in IT & Min 7 years exp as Program Manager/Delivery Manager handling multiple projects & well versed with Program management & Delivery process.
Prior exp working on:
NET full stack, Integrations + Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & Data related programs
Lead the planning & implementation of projects & programs
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, & deliverables
Define project tasks & resource requirements
Participate in RFP process & Solutioning
Manage project budjet, resource allocation & track deliverables to closure
Exp working in Agile – Scrum, Kanban & usage of Agile tools
Monitor & report on progress of projects & communicate with stake holders
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Experience in planning, scheduling, risk & people management process.
Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
