Role Overview

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects,

ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

Using tools like ClickUp and Notion, you will coordinate across teams, manage timelines,

mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and manage project delivery from inception to completion.

● Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with

cross-functional teams.

● Utilize ClickUp and Notion for project tracking, task management, and team

coordination.

● Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

● Ensure high-quality project delivery aligned with organizational goals.

● Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving

concerns.

● Foster a collaborative, transparent, and results-driven work culture.

Qualifications & Skills

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

● Experience: Proven track record in project or delivery management, preferably in a

technology or engineering setting.

● Tools: Proficiency in ClickUp, Notion, or similar project management tools.

● Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire

and guide teams.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a structured approach to risk and issue

resolution.

● Attention to Detail: Ability to balance big-picture goals with operational details.
