Job Description

As an experienced Account/Portfolio leader in Provider Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), your main responsibilities will include: - Managing large scale US Healthcare Provider RCM multi-geographic operations, focusing on performance, profitability, people, and client management. - Generating revenue and ensuring profitability of the Provider portfolio with a focus on existing clients. - Implementing a Digital First strategy by promoting digital solutions and services to clients. - Providing consultation and advisory services to clients based on bespoke solutions tailored to their critical business areas. - Establishing positive working relationships with both existing and new clients, maintaining a premier customer service approach in a growth-oriented environment. - Driving operational predictability and efficiencies through the deployment of appropriate processes and governance. - Collaborating with Business Transformation teams to develop innovative solutions for clients. - Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement by optimizing overall operational strategy across all areas. - Leading continuous process enhancement initiatives for operational excellence. - Supporting Business Development teams in acquiring new customers by providing operational expertise. - Participating in new business opportunities by contributing insights during pre or post-sale activities, client meetings, and presentations. - Taking the lead on risk management and coordinating risk and personnel issues with Legal and HR Departments. - Supporting talent acquisition, growth, and development of employees to ensure high employee satisfaction and talent retention. Your experience should include a minimum of 5+ years in an Account/Portfolio leadership role in Provider RCM, 18+ years of overall experience in a global, fast-paced, client-centric delivery environment in US Healthcare, and at least 3+ years of experience in managing a P/L of $10 MN with a span of 1000+ FTEs. Preferred qualifications include a senior leadership role with experience in managing large global teams, deep expertise in US healthcare Provider & RCM business, and a track record of delivering results with high customer and employee satisfaction. Key competencies required for this role include excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong project management, budgeting, talent management, and business operations skills. Additionally, you should have subject matter expertise in US Healthcare - Provider & RCM industry, financial acumen to drive profitability by optimizing costs, and the ability to analyze sales opportunities to qualify leads and opportunities. Strong relationship management skills are essential for managing relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and within the Business Unit, as well as identifying new opportunities within existing relationships.
