Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement effective delivery strategies and plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project completion.
Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Delivery Leader or similar role with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Strong understanding of IT services and consulting principles and practices.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
