Collections Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of global Credit Operations: Collections, O2C, and Cash Applications
• Represent Delivery in Sales and Business Development discussions
• End-to-end delivery ownership with a strong client-facing presence
• Ensure timely deliverables through structured reviews and governance
• Analyze daily performance metrics and drive performance improvement
• Use analytics and insights to manage performance and exceed key metrics (Efficiency, Availability, Adherence, Billing, etc.)
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
• Travel as required for QBRs, delivery setup, and long-term project deployments

Required Skill Set:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven performance management and execution capabilities
• Experience in leading large-scale transitions
• Deep understanding of the credit and collections industry
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and deadline-driven environment
• Digitization and customer experience transformation knowledge preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in BPO / shared services industry
• Understanding of business financial levers and metrics
• Knowledge of global delivery models and metrics management
