Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing

    technology delivery aspects

    of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Providing deep

    technology delivery insights

    to the Executive Leadership Team and influencing strategic business decisions.
  • Defining

    delivery strategy

    and driving product vision through Agile Product Development processes.
  • Identifying and leveraging emerging technologies/trends to continually innovate in the Fintech space.
  • Implementing strategic changes in

    technology delivery

    to improve efficiency.
  • Using stakeholder feedback to inform improvements and adjustments in delivery.
  • Overseeing data security, management, and governance.
  • Managing strategic vendor and technology partner relationships.
  • Leading technology delivery teams to ensure they achieve objectives linked to business strategy and success.
  • Building self-motivated teams capable of developing high-end scalable solutions from scratch.
  • Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess delivery performance.
  • Establishing and managing a clear delivery vision, goals, and objectives.
  • Working with human resources and other functions to foster an inclusive and conducive work culture with support from advisors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or related field, or equivalent combination of industry-related professional experience and education.
  • Master’s degree in computer science / information technology / management (IT, Project, or Product) – preferred but not mandatory.
  • 15+ years of management experience in

    technology delivery

    roles.
  • Advanced delivery skill sets with a demonstrated history in technology and solution implementation.
  • Broad knowledge of software engineering languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Ability to function as a motivator, a great leader, and an out-of-the-box thinker.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a product through its life cycle—planning, analysis, design, and improvement phases.
  • Expert in developing and delivering scalable products/applications, solving technical challenges in distributed systems.
  • Proven ability to recruit and retain high-performing technology delivery teams.
  • Strong blend of technology, delivery vision, and business acumen with expertise in full project life cycle and client/vendor relationship management.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Angular/.NET/SQL development, Workflow/automation platforms (e.g., Tibco) a plus.
  • Experience with big data ingestion, movement, and integration (Data Engineering competency a plus).
  • Knowledge of graph technologies and NLP/machine learning a plus.
  • Results-driven individual with strong delivery orientation.
  • Ability to work in a global environment and engage across multiple time zones.
