Delivery Head

You will be joining Pratiti Technologies Private Limited, a rapidly growing digital solutions company based in Pune, India. Specializing in cutting-edge software solutions for ISVs and industrial customers, with a focus on Industry 4.0, energy analytics, and engineering automation. **Role Overview:** In the role of Delivery Head RMG, your responsibilities will include overseeing the management of bench resources, driving technical training and cross-skilling initiatives, and ensuring optimal resource deployment across projects. This is a crucial position that combines delivery operations with workforce management to support the company's growth and business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and manage the allocation of resources across projects, minimizing bench time. - Proactively forecast demand and align available talent to new opportunities in collaboration with Delivery and Sales teams. - Identify and manage bench resources effectively, offering coaching, upskilling, and deployment support. - Design and implement technical training programs to upskill bench and deployed resources. - Drive competency-building initiatives, ensuring resources are aligned with emerging technologies and project requirements. - Collaborate with delivery teams to understand skill needs and proactively develop the necessary capabilities. - Partner with leadership to enhance the delivery organization's capacity and capability in line with business growth plans. - Provide resource visibility, utilization, and skill readiness reports to senior management. - Support project ramp-ups and new business opportunities by aligning talent effectively. - Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to define sourcing strategies and workforce planning aligned with project pipelines. - Mentor TA teams on skill-based hiring and support vendor management for flexible workforce scaling. - Implement best practices for resource allocation, onboarding, internal job postings, and career progression. - Utilize data-driven approaches to track skill development, resource readiness, and utilization. - Champion continuous process improvements in delivery and RMG functions. **Required Qualifications & Experience:** - 10-15 years of experience in software delivery management within the IT services industry. - Proven track record of leading project delivery, team management, and resource planning. - Hands-on experience managing bench resources and driving technical training initiatives. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. - Exposure to working with Talent Acquisition teams and managing vendor relationships. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with custom resource management systems. - Ability to bridge delivery excellence with people development. - Demonstrated success in scaling teams and building high-performance cultures.,
