Are you a visionary IT leader with a passion for operational excellence and client success?

Join us as the India Head for our Mysore Delivery Center, where you'll drive delivery, growth, and innovation across large-scale technology programs.

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer impact.
Mentor high-performing teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning delivery with their business goals.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with executives on strategy and growth.

What We’re Looking For:

15+ years’ IT delivery leadership in large-scale programs.
Deep expertise in Cloud, Enterprise SaaS, Agile/DevOps, data security & compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11, WCAG).
Track record in scaling delivery centers with strong governance.
Excellent client management, risk management, and stakeholder leadership.
Healthcare domain experience is a strong advantage.
