Position: Delivery Head Location: Bangalore or Pune, India Experience: 15+ years in software/product delivery leadership Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Delivery Head to oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise software and data products for US-based clients. Based in Bangalore or Pune, you will lead cross-functional teams in software development, data engineering, and data science to ensure timely, high-quality, and scalable releases. This leadership role demands strong technical expertise, strategic planning, and exceptional stakeholder management to drive innovation and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Own the complete delivery lifecycle of 4-5 major product releases annually, aligning with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards. - Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of 50+ engineers, data scientists, and QA professionals to cultivate a high-performance culture. - Collaborate with US-based clients, product managers, and architects to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans. - Drive Agile/Scrum best practices and DevOps principles for efficient and predictable delivery cycles. - Manage budgets, resource allocation, and proactively mitigate risks to avoid delays and cost overruns. - Ensure all deliverables comply with scalability, security, and regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA and GDPR. - Act as the primary escalation point for critical delivery issues, resolving conflicts and dependencies promptly. - Define and implement KPIs to monitor delivery performance and enhance processes continuously. Desired Profile: - 15+ years of experience in software/product delivery leadership, including 5 years in a senior role like Delivery Head or Program Director. - Strong technical background with hands-on experience in full stack development using React.js and Java (Spring Boot). - Expertise in data engineering (ETL, data pipelines, data warehousing) and data science (machine learning, AI models, analytics). - Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade SaaS and data solutions for US clients. - Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Excellent stakeholder management skills bridging gaps between technical teams and business leadership. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the healthcare domain or with healthcare-related compliance standards. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks like HIPAA and GDPR. - Exposure to managing large, distributed teams and cross-geographical collaboration. - Advanced certifications in Agile, Scrum, or project/program management (e.g., PMP, SAFe) are advantageous.
