DELIVERY DIRECTOR

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling multiple software products with a focus on Software Development, Project Management, and people management. Your strong domain skills will be advantageous as you work closely with Pre-sales and Product management functions. Your expertise in Web and mobile technologies will be vital for this role. You will report directly to the VP/Sr. VP Software Product Development and Delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Create, monitor, and deliver software products according to business plans and customer commitments, ensuring timely delivery within planned costs and investments. - Identify and proactively track risks, implementing active risk mitigation measures. - Lead, resource, train, and manage Delivery teams. - Implement industry best practices in software product development and delivery, establishing operations based on a strong metrics model. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-sales, and Product development functions to meet revenue targets. - Optimize company resources through quality improvement, technology advancement, and efficient processes. - Contribute to the building of Product collaterals and Product Demos. - Provide inputs for costing and pricing models, component sourcing, hardware, communications, and vendor management. - Enhance internal Training Programs to improve Product and market knowledge. - Motivate, retain, and recruit qualified and skilled teams. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA. - Minimum of 12+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in Software product development and delivery, preferably in the BFSI segment. - Experience in Software Product development stages including Analysis, Design, Development, Version management, Implementation, and Support. - Exposure to pre-sales work, including product demos and walkthroughs, is an advantage. - Experience working with international clients, ensuring timely delivery of Product releases, and strong Product development processes exposure.,
