The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a professional and customer-oriented demeanor. You will be responsible for conducting demos, presentations, and workshops for customers, as well as leading a team of 6-8 experienced pre-sales managers and leads. Additionally, you should be prepared for frequent travel, often on short notice. In terms of domain expertise, knowledge of Local/Regional Clearing & Settlement Systems such as RTGS, Giro, Fedwire, NACHA, CHIPS, BACS, CHAPS, STEP2, Target2, and LVTS/EFT (Canada) is required. Familiarity with Cash and Cheque Collections, Cheque Clearing, Invoice Collections, and Receivables would be advantageous. Your operational tasks will include giving demos and presentations, conducting comprehensive workshops, creating targeted content for presentations and workshops, collaborating with various internal teams to develop proposals, monitoring opportunities through to closure, maintaining and updating product collaterals, managing product positioning and branding activities, coordinating product campaigns and events, engaging with analysts, providing support for consulting assignments, and assisting with market research and competition analysis.
