Delegate Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• To meet or succeed yearly and monthly targets by inviting delegates through complimentary VIP
• Passes consistently to all possible targets; repeat delegates, new clients and prospects.
• To convince the prospect of the benefits of attending our events
• Learning about the companies and job roles for this industry to ensure you sell to the right people
• Conducting thorough research to source new leads relevant to each event
• Effectively contact all key prospects by telephone
• Database management

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication skills

  (speaking & writing)
• Ability to understand the product and pitch it to the right target audience
• Should possess

  excellent negotiation skills

• Ability to perform consistently in a

  target oriented

  environment
• Result oriented, high emotional intelligence and willing to work under agreed parameters of
• Performance and operating conditions.
• Previous

  experience in delegates sales

  for conferences & summits is preferred
• Should have the skills to conduct their own research and approach potential clients
