Debt Manager

As an experienced professional joining the Business Development & Debt Advisory team of a leading financial services firm, your role will involve originating, structuring, and executing debt transactions across corporates, mid-market companies, NBFCs, and real estate clients in Gurugram. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, NBFCs, and financial institutions to identify and originate new business opportunities. - Evaluate clients" debt requirements and structure tailored financing solutions. - Build a strong network of banks, NBFCs, and investors for deal placements. - Drive business growth through client engagement and strategic partnerships. - Lead execution of mandates including preparation of financial models, pitch materials, and credit notes. - Structure and negotiate financing terms with lenders, investors, and clients. - Oversee due diligence, documentation, and timely closure of transactions. - Ensure high standards of client service and timely completion of mandates. - Collaborate with internal teams including credit, legal, and compliance for seamless execution. - Mentor and guide junior team members. - Contribute to strategic initiatives and revenue growth targets. **Key Skills & Attributes:** - Strong knowledge of debt products such as working capital, term loans, project finance, structured finance, etc. - Proven ability in financial analysis, credit assessment, and deal structuring. - Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to independently manage multiple deals and client relationships. - Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. **Qualifications:** - MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.,
