Debt Manager

Role Overview: As a Workforce & MIS Manager in the Customer Service department at Juinagar, your main responsibility will be to carry out Workforce Management (WFM) functions for different teams within the organization. This includes publishing service levels, projected call/email volumes, rostering requirements, and identifying resourcing shortages. Your secondary responsibilities will involve identifying opportunities to automate WFM and MIS functions, as well as identifying MIS requirements for new business areas such as credit cards. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out WFM functions for CDC, GRD, email teams, and Loan Centers by publishing service levels, projected call/email volumes, rostering requirements, and identifying resourcing shortages. - Identify opportunities to automate WFM and MIS functions. - Identify MIS requirements for new business areas like credit cards and operationalize them. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in workforce management and MIS functions. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data accurately. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of automation tools and systems would be an advantage.,
