Job Description

Position Summary

The Deputy CEO – Sales & Network Development is a senior executive leadership role responsible for driving the company’s overall sales growth strategy, expanding distribution networks, and strengthening relationships with key partners. This position supports the CEO in shaping commercial strategy, ensuring sustainable business performance, and building a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales and network expansion strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Lead dealer/distributor management, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and capability building.
  • Drive new market entry initiatives and oversee the establishment of new sales channels.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement action plans to ensure consistent growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and After-Sales teams to align strategies and optimize customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic partners, government agencies, and investors.
  • Provide strategic insights to the CEO and Board regarding market trends, competitor intelligence, and growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing sales and network development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, ethical business practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales/Commercial leadership roles, with at least 5 years at C-level or equivalent in Automotive, FMCG, consumer electronics, or other high-growth industries.
  • Strong track record in dealer/distributor management, network expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Proven leadership in driving transformation and building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (and other regional languages a plus).
  • Willingness to travel frequently across domestic and international markets.
