The Deputy CEO – Sales & Network Development is a senior executive leadership role responsible for driving the company’s overall sales growth strategy, expanding distribution networks, and strengthening relationships with key partners. This position supports the CEO in shaping commercial strategy, ensuring sustainable business performance, and building a strong market presence.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and After-Sales teams to align strategies and optimize customer experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic partners, government agencies, and investors.
Mentor and develop high-performing sales and network development teams.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, ethical business practices, and regulatory requirements.
Proven leadership in driving transformation and building high-performing teams.
Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English (and other regional languages a plus).
Willingness to travel frequently across domestic and international markets.
