Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Tech Lead with extensive experience in database development, optimization, and leadership. The ideal candidate will oversee database architecture, guide development teams, and ensure seamless integration and scalability of SQL-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and mentor a team of SQL developers, providing technical guidance and best practices. · Architect, design, and implement robust SQL databases, ensuring high performance and reliability. · Optimize database queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies for efficient data retrieval. · Oversee data modeling, database security, and performance tuning. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database solutions with business goals. · Ensure database scalability, integrity, and compliance with industry standards. · Troubleshoot complex database issues, driving continuous improvement. · Maintain documentation for database designs, processes, and optimization strategies. Requirements: · Experience: 8+ years in SQL development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. · Technical Proficiency: MS SQL Server, query optimization, indexing, stored procedures. · Expertise in database architecture, performance tuning, and security best practices. · Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to guide teams, coordinate cross-functional projects, and drive innovation. · Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (Azure SQL, AWS RDS) is a plus. · Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
