About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Data Scientist

with a strong background in

Machine Learning (ML)

Statistical Modeling

, and

Data Engineering

. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy machine learning modelsthat drive data-informed business strategies, optimize performance, and create scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Analyze large datasets to extract insights using statistical methods and data visualization tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Analysts) to integrate models into production.
Conduct feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model performance evaluation.
Research and implement state-of-the-art ML and AI techniques (e.g., NLP, Deep Learning, Time Series Forecasting).
Continuously optimize algorithms for scalability and accuracy.
Communicate findings and recommendations through dashboards, visual reports, and presentations.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience in data science and ML model development.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost.
Strong experience with data manipulation and pipelines (Pandas, Spark, Databricks).
Deep understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and model deployment techniques.
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML model lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MLOps, AutoML, or model monitoring tools.
Familiarity with Big Data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark).
Publications or contributions to open-source ML projects are a plus.
