Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled

Data Scientist

with 7+ years of experience to lead data-driven initiatives that drive strategic decision-making and business impact. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in

machine learning,

statistical modeling, big data analytics, and cloud-based data solutions

. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and deploy scalable predictive models in a remotework environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions to solve real-world business problems.
Perform data wrangling, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation using large structured and unstructured datasets.
Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and work closely with data engineers for production deployment.
Apply statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and translate them into data science solutions.
Use cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to deploy scalable data and ML solutions.
Communicate findings effectively through visualizations, dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), and presentations.
Continuously monitor model performance and retrain models as necessary.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, NLP, and deep learning technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning engineering.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.
Experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
Proficiency in data visualization tools — Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.
Strong understanding of statistical modeling, probability, and regression techniques.
Hands-on experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks) and cloud data services (AWS S3, Redshift, Azure Synapse, GCP BigQuery).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
