• develop next generation of Analytics and AI models at UBS that scale into production and are easy to maintain
• autonomously collect, clean, and transform data for training and maintenance of models
• build multi agent applications that are platform independent and cooperate across applications
• identify relevant research and explores AI and analytics tools that continuously improves the way we work
• contribute to building an infrastructure that accelerates the pace of model exploration and improve model serving and maintenance
  

Your team

You'll be working in the Traditional Operations & Chief Data Office within UBS Global Asset Management. We're responsible for supporting the management of core data sets used across Asset Management. Our team is structured to encompass several functions, including Data Management, Data Mastering and Governance, Data Architecture, and Data Analytics. We're based in New York City, Chicago, Zurich, and Pune.

Your expertise

You have:

• minimum of 5 years of experience in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing results from various data sources
• minimum of 5 years of experience with Python, SQL, and Gitlab
• advanced skills in using Machine Learning and Generative AI tools
• ability to explain and present your analyses and models to audiences with varying levels of expertise
• analytical and problem-solving skills together with good time management and organization of your own work
• strong technical writing and documentation skills combined with a disciplined agile delivery mindset
• data domain knowledge of market data, security reference data, macroeconomics indicators, equity fundamental data, trades and positions data, risk data is a plus
• BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent
