Position:

Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy speech-to-text and text-to-speech models for various applications.
• Work with large language models (LLMs) and implement them in real-world projects.
• Analyze and interpret contact center calling data to generate meaningful business insights.
• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices in data management.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists and data analysts.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies.
• Proficiency in working with large language models (LLMs) and deploying them in production environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive business insights from large datasets, particularly contact center calling data.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights effectively.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Kafka, Apache Spark).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s or Ph.D. degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying data science models.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
