We are looking for an experienced and innovative Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights from our vast B2B dataset and develop predictive models to enhance our product offerings.
Develop and implement machine learning models for tasks such as entity resolution, lead scoring, and company classification
Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
Create algorithms for data enrichment, including technographic and firmographic data prediction
Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and trends in B2B data
Collaborate with data engineers to implement models in production environments
Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of data models and algorithms
Develop data visualization tools to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, particularly in areas relevant to B2B data intelligence
Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Bachelor's degree with relevant experience may be considered)
3+ years of experience in data science roles, preferably in B2B or marketing analytics
Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience in data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
Experience with SQL and working with large datasets
Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business problems into data science solutions
Strong communication skills to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics
Understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes
Experience with cloud-based data science platforms (AWS SageMaker)
